Mina Lobata - the hummingbird plant is an annual plant that will grow 12 feet in one year. It is a vine that needs a string trellis or something that it can climb on. It grows very quickly and makes gorgeous flowers. The flowers are on branches that contain yellow, orange and red flowers all at the same time on each branch. You want to plant it where you can watch it because when the hummingbirds come they visit every flower and are there for 15 to 20 minutes. It will take any sun but it MUST have some sun to bloom.
