AMARETTO HONEY RECIPES

Fruit and Honey Nectar INGREDIENTS: 1/3 c Amaretto Whipped Honey Spread 2 pints cold milk 3 bananas 1/3 c orange juice PROCEDURE: Place bananas in blender. Add orange juice and honey. Blend well. Add cold milk and blend quickly when ready to serve. Garnish with whipped cream.

Summer Cooler INGREDIENTS: 2 T Amaretto Whipped Honey Spread 1 1/2 c orange juice  1 c mashed banana  1 1/4 c water 3 c instant nonfat dry milk  1 18 oz can unsweetened pineapple juice 1/3 c maraschino cherry juice 2 medium bananas, sliced 3/4 c red maraschino cherries PROCEDURE: Stir dry milk powder into orange juice.  Combine with pineapple juice, mashed bananas, cherry juice, water and honey.  Blend in electric blender.  Pour into 8 tall glasses.  Arrange banana slices and cherries on 8 long wooden skewers for garnish.  Makes 8 servings.
