INGREDIENTS: |

6 oz (160 gram) jar Apple Whipped Honey Spread, liquefied |
5
eggs, well beaten |
1
46 oz can apple juice or equivalent |
PROCEDURE: |
Beat eggs well; blend with
honey and juice. Chill well before serving. Makes 15-20 servings. |

Ambrosia |
INGREDIENTS: |
2 T Apple Whipped Honey Spread,
liquefied |
1 unpeeled red apple, diced |
1 T lemon juice |
1 banana, sliced |
2 oranges, peeled and segmented |
1 unpeeled pear, diced |
1 31/2 oz can flaked coconut |
1 c yogurt |
PROCEDURE: |
Combine
honey and lemon juice in a bowl. Add orange, apple, banana,
pear and coconut. Toss
gently to coat fruit. Chill. Add yogurt just before serving
and toss. Serve immediately. Makes 6-8 servings. |
