Cut
spareribs into serving-sized pieces. Simmer in enough water
to cover with 2 tsp of salt for 30 minutes. Mix remaining
ingredients. Cook over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain
ribs; place in
baking pan. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake in 350°F oven for
1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender. Baste every 10 minutes
with sauce. |
