CHERRY HONEY RECIPES

Cherry Honey Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 6 oz (160 gram) jar Cherry Whipped Honey Spread

3 T quick-cooking tapioca

1 package Puff Pastry

2 c pitted cherries

1 tsp butter

PROCEDURE:

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry. Combine cherries, tapioca and liquefied Cherry Whipped Honey Spread; mix well. Pour into pie shell and dot with butter. Cover with lattice crust. Bake in 400°F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.

Honey Cherry Tea Tarts

INGREDIENTS:

1 6 oz (160 gram) jar Cherry Whipped Honey Spread, liquefied

1 package pie crust

1 can pitted tart pie cherries, drained

PROCEDURE:

Roll-out pie crust with biscuit cutter to fit tart pans. Fill each with 4 or 5 cherries; cover cherries with honey. Bake in 350°F oven for about 25 minutes.
