Best French Dressing |
INGREDIENTS: |
1/3 c Cranberry Whipped Honey
Spread |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp celery salt |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1/3
c oil |
1/3 c vinegar |
1/3 c tomato ketchup |
1/2 tsp salt |
PROCEDURE: |
| Combine
all ingredients in blender until well blended. Serve
over mixed greens and fruit. |

Honey Chicken |
INGREDIENTS: |
2 T Cranberry Whipped Honey
Spread |
1 T paprika |
1/2 c salad dressing |
1 3lb chicken, cut-up |
1/4 c butter, melted |
1 T lemon juice |
1/4
c tomato ketchup |
PROCEDURE: |
| Season
chicken as desired. Combine remaining ingredients in baking
pan. Arrange chicken
in a single layer. Turn once to coat. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour
and 45 minutes or until tender, basting every 15 minutes. |

Filled Oranges |
INGREDIENTS: |
1/4 c Cranberry Whipped Honey
Spread |
2 mint sprigs |
1/4 c cranberry sauce |
6 large oranges |
3 diced bananas |
6 diced plums |
1
tsp lemon juice |
PROCEDURE: |
Slice tops from oranges remove
orange sections, keeping shells whole. Combine orange sections,
bananas and plums. Fill orange shells with fruit mixture. Garnish
with mint. Beat cranberry sauce until smooth; stir in liquid
filled honey spread and lemon juice. Serve over fruit mixture. |

Spread |
1 c tomato ketchup |
1/4
c prepared mustard |
PROCEDURE: |
| Stir all ingredients together;
mixe well. Baste ham during last 30 minutes of baking time with
marinade. |
